Do I need prior Reiki experience?
No. Your system takes what it needs without you having to understand the mechanism. Beginner-friendly and still potent.

How often should I listen?
As often as you like. Some people run it daily for the first week and then return to it weekly to hold the coherence. There's no schedule you're failing.

What format is it?
A single MP3, approximately 50 minutes, yours to keep and download.

What if I don't feel anything?
That happens, and it isn't a failure. Reiki doesn't require you to feel it to work. Some people get heat or tears in the first minute; others notice nothing until something small shifts three days later.

How does this relate to She Who Rises?
